West
Point Tours, Inc. is a third-generation, family corporation.
The company was established in 1947 -- an outgrowth of the
Storm King Stage Corporation, which was founded in 1928.
We operate a fleet of 180 vehicles, including 10 motor coaches
for school, charter and tour operations.
In addition to our school bus operations in Newburgh, Cornwall
and Highland Falls, we are the authorized tour guide service
at the United States Military Academy. We have interstate
and intrastate operation authority for New York and 48 other
states.
Our offices are located in Vails Gate and Highland Falls.
We travel 2 million miles per year. The company received
the Gold Merit Award for outstanding service from the National
School Bus Contractor's Association. We received a Certificate
of Appreciation from the United States Military Academy
in 1983 for assisting in the movement of the corps of Cadets
to the Army-Navy Game.
We are members of the American Bus Association (ABA), United
Motorcoach Association, Trailways, National School Transportation
Association, Orange County Chamber of Commerce, Bus Association
of New York, and the New York School Bus Contractor's Association.
We are Department of Defense approved.
