DRIVING DIRECTIONS TO WEST POINT VISITORS CENTER

Using Map Quest or similar mapping website: 415 Main Street, Highland Falls, NY 10928 This is the West Point Tours office located directly across the street from the Visitor Center.

From the South - By car:

Take the Palisades Parkway North to the end at the Bear Mountain Traffic Circle Exit out of circle onto Route 9W North Exit off of 9W North at the first "West Point/Highland Falls" exit, about 3 miles Follow road at exit in direction you are heading for about 2 miles Entrance to the "Visitor's Center" will be on the right

From the South - By bus (buses cannot use the Palisades Parkway):

Take NYS Thruway, Interstate 87, North to Exit 16 (Harriman/Route 17) Take 1st exit immediately after toll plaza to light at top of ramp Left onto Route 32…then left at 2nd light onto Route 6 At top of mountain bear left onto Route 293…continue to end Right onto Route 9W South…to 2nd "West Point/Highland Falls" exit Follow road at exit in direction you are heading for about 2 miles Entrance to the "Visitor's Center" will be on the Right

From the North - By car & bus:

Take NYS Thruway, Interstate 87, South to exit 17 to I-84 East To exit 10 (Route 9W)…Right onto Route 9W South Follow Route 9W over mountain to 2nd "West Point/Highland Falls" exit Follow road at exit in direction you are heading for about 2 miles Entrance to the "Visitor's Center" will be on the Right

From the West - By car & bus:

Route 17 (East)…To exit 130A Route 6 (East) At top of mountain bear Left onto Route 293…continue to end Right onto Route 9W South…to 2nd "West Point/Highland Falls" exit Follow road at exit in direction you are heading for about 2 miles Entrance to the "Visitor's Center" will be on the Right

From the East - By car & bus:

Interstate 84 to exit 10S….bear right at exit onto Route 32 heading to 9W South At first traffic light turn right onto Route 9W South Follow Route 9W over mountain to 2nd "West Point/Highland Falls" exit Follow road at exit in direction you are heading for about 2 miles Entrance to the "Visitor's Center" will be on the Right
