MANIFEST

To Our Valued Customers;

Due to security regulations at West Point governing all visitors to the United States Military Academy you will need to provide a manifest with names of all persons participating on your tour. Click here for a copy of the manifest. We can also e-mail the manifest to you if that is more convenient. In order to assist you these are some guidelines in filling in the manifest.

PLEASE REMEMBER THAT ALL PERSONS, 16 YEARS OF AGE AND OLDER, ENTERING WEST POINT ARE REQUIRED TO BRING GOVERNMENT ISSUED PHOTO ID, (DRIVERS LICENSE, PASSPORT, ETC.)
Please fill in all the required information. Information not provided in advance could delay the start of your tour due to the security check. That time may be deducted from your tour.
Tour Participant Information
1. Name
2. Date of Birth
3. Gender
4. Type of Photo ID
5. Country or State of ID issue
Tour Company/Bus Company Information

1. The Tour Date and Tour Time refer to the day and time your tour is scheduled to begin.

2. The Tour Company refers to the name of the organization, school or tour company that is organizing the tour with our office.

3. The Address, Phone Number and Point of Contact refer to the person who has arranged the tour and is affiliated or working with the organization, school or Tour Company.

4. The Bus Driver Name and Bus License Plate information can be filled in on the day of the tour when you arrive. Bus companies often do not assign drivers and specific vehicles until very close to the date of the trip.

5. The Group Name should be filled in if different from the Tour Company name.

6. The completed manifest must either be e-mailed to westpointtours@hvc.rr.com or faxed to our office, 845-446-1205, 7 days prior to the tour date.

Additions and Deletions to the Manifest after it has been faxed to us

1. Most changes can be done on the day of the tour when you arrive at the Visitors Center. The escort should have a copy of the manifest when they arrive indicating those changes and advise the military security personnel who will be checking the group.

2. We do not need any prior notice of people who are deleted. Simply cross them off your copy of the manifest.

3. One or two additions may also be handled on the day of the tour. Simply add those names with the required information to your copy of the manifest.

4. Only if there are multiple changes to the manifest between 7 days and 48 hours prior to your tour date should you fax us another copy.

5. Within 48 hours all changes must be done directly with the security personnel on the day of the tour.
