You will board the 8:47 AM Metro-North’s Hudson Line train to Cold Spring which departs Grand Central Terminal or 8:57 AM .   You will be met at the Cold Spring Metro North station at 10:00 AM by a West Point Tours guide and bus.  During the 25 minute drive to West Point the guide will give an orientation about the day as well as point out sites along the way.

When you arrive at West Point you will take a 1 hour bus and walking tour with a guide.  You may upgrade to a 2 hour tour when you arrive at West Point by paying the difference at our desk. The tour will make stops at the Main Cadet Chapel, Trophy Point overlooking the Hudson River and the Parade Field.  You will have time to visit the West Point Museum, the largest and oldest military museum in the Americas as well as the informative displays and video loops about the cadet experience at the Visitors Center.

Your West Point Tours bus will depart West Point at 1:30 for the return to Cold Spring where you will be dropped off on Main Street to grab a bite to eat and enjoy the shops in this quaint village.

The Cold Spring train station is in walking distance of Main Street and you may catch any train back to New York City.

*May 1 - Kosciuszko Day - Enjoy a Cadet Brigade Review followed by your tour as West Point commemorates the Polish engineer and patriot who designed the fortifications at West Point and helped America win its independence. Requires leaving Grand Central Terminal on the 7:47 train to Cold Spring.

US Military security requires that everyone entering West Point 16 years of age and older bring valid government issued photo ID such as a drivers license or passport.  Photo copies will not be accepted.
